Toward an idea of Smart Land: the service addresses land transformation in a multidisciplinary way with a focus on the needs for adaptation to climate change, energy impacts, environmental impacts, land consumption and sustainable use of resources, mobility issues, and urban and territorial health and safety. VIA, VINCA, Direct and Indirect Impacts Assessment, constitute new metrics for sustainability (Agenda2030).

The transformation of the urban context makes use of Urban Data and is also supported by economic and financial strategies to translate the idea into reality. The themes of accessibility, proximity, and regeneration are explored with multidisciplinarity.

We are concerned with land safety, particularly through methods and investigations to understand and mitigate hydrogeological disruption. Urban and land sensing activities performed through the use of sensors to monitor urban and land phenomena and to take preventive actions for protection and safety. Geological and geotechnical consulting services through stability analyses, liquefaction hazard and strength studies, and in situ studies.
